Staff Selection Commission (SSC GD result) is set to release the results for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier I Exam 2024, but the exact date and time have not been announced.
The Tier I examination was conducted from September 9 to September 26, 2024, at various centers across India.
This stage involved multiple-choice questions covering General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each section carried equal weight, totaling 200 marks.
Results:
- Official Website: Go to ssc.gov.in.
- Go to Results Section: Click on the "Results" tab on the homepage.
- Select the CGL Tab: Find the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) section.
- Download the PDF: Click on the relevant link to view the result PDF.
- Check Roll Number: Search for your roll number in the list.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/Unreserved (UR): 30%
- OBC and EWS: 25%
- All Other Categories: 20%
These cutoffs are just the minimum qualifying marks; the actual cutoff for selection may be higher depending on vacancies and competition.
Candidates who clear Tier I will advance to Tier II, scheduled for January 18-20, 2025. This stage will assess Quantitative Abilities, English Language and Comprehension, and General Studies (Finance & Economics).
