IIM CAT 2024 Provisional Answer Key 

IIM  CAT (Indian Institutes of Management) have released a provisional answer key for the Common Admission Test, CAT 2024, on December 3, 2024.

IIM CAT 2024 answer key, candidates can check their responses to the exam for discrepancies before the final declaration of results. Here's a detailed guide on accessing and interacting with the answer key:

Steps to Download the IIM CAT 2024 Answer Key

1. Official Website:

- Go to [iimcat.ac.in](https://iimcat.ac.in) for CAT's official website.

2. Login to Your Account:

- On the website homepage, click on the "Candidate Login".

- Type in your IIM CAT Admit card login ID followed by your password.

- Click on "Submit" to access your dashboard.

3. Download the Answer Key and Response Sheet of IIM CAT Admit card:

Make sure to find the "Answer Key" and "Candidate Response" sections.

Download the answer key and your individual response sheet as PDF.

The answer key for all three slots of the CAT exam will be available, namely 

Slot 1, Slot 2, and Slot 3. If you have appeared for a particular slot, then download the key for that slot only.

Objection Submission Process

- Objection Window:

Only through website Key objection against the provisional answer key may be raised,  **from December 03, 2024-6.00 PM to 05th December 2024 11:55: PM.

- The objections will only be accepted during this time frame, and candidates are advised to act swiftly if they find any discrepancies.

- How to Raise Objections:

1. After logging into the portal, proceed to the objection submission section.

2. Select the question you wish to challenge.

3. State your objection by providing evidence or supporting documents.

4. Each objection shall be accompanied by the payment of the requisite fee.

5. Click the 'Submit Objection Form' button. An objection, once submitted, cannot be modified.

- Objection Fee:

- An objection fee will be refunded only if the objection, upon review, happens to be valid.

- The fee is not refundable in case of refusal of the objection.

- Important Notes :

- You can only raise an objection if you are absolutely certain about the mistake.

- Objections, once submitted, cannot be edited.

- The final answer key shall be published after considering the objections.

Final Answer Key and Result Timeline

- Final Answer Key:

- After reviewing all the objections, the final answer key will be published on **December 19, 2024**.

- CAT 2024 Result: - The result will be announced after the final answer key is published and is likely to be in the second week of January 2025.

 Answer Key of IIM CAT Admit card 

- Question ID: The unique identifier for each question.

- Correct Answer: The answer choice that is marked as correct based on the exam. 

- Candidate Response: The response you chose during the actual test.

- Question Status: Whether the question was attempted or not.

This answer key will indicate correct answers in green and incorrect in red; any eventual mistakes or clarifications after checking objections are included.
